Understand everything about our pricing.
How can I get the best prices?
Best pricing is available by ordering and making payment online. If you need any assistance, then use our live chat service.
How is your transport pricing calculated?
The price of our transport service is based upon your postcode location in the UK, and its location to our nearest depot – the further away it is, the more expensive the transport becomes, and vice-versa. It also assumes standard delivery and collection, weekdays 0900hrs – 1700hrs. If you need delivery and/or collection out of hours, on weekends, bank holidays or specific time slots, then additional charges will apply – again, these are outlined on our website.
What is the return dirty fee?
This is an optional extra at checkout that you can add on to your order, enabling you to return your items dirty, such as tableware and/or catering equipment, for instance. This is particularly useful if you don’t have access to washing up facilities on site, or simply want to save yourself a job!
Is there a refundable deposit I need to pay?
Yes, the value of which is dependent upon the value of your hire items. This is returned to you in full at the end of the hire process, assuming that you return all the hire items to us in the quantities and condition that we originally hired them to you. If not, then any damage / replacement charges are offset against your deposit and the remaining balance is then returned to the original source of the funds.
How do I know how much I will be charged if I break an item or items?
The replacement charge per item is outlined on your hire contract which you are sent before we enter into an agreement with you.
How does your pricing work?
You pay a flat rental fee for anything up to a week’s hire, then an additional charge thereafter. All pricing is shown on our website.
What is the slight damage waiver fee?
Equipment must be returned to us in the same condition that we hired it to you. That said, we understand that at events, small damage might occur such as a scratch on a chair or a small stain on a seat pad, for instance. The slight damage waiver fee means that you won't be liable for the replacement cost of these small occurrences. However, the slight damage fee does NOT mean for instances where an item has been broken such as broken chair, or a broken wine glass, for instance - if this is th
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include the prevailing rate of VAT except for the refundable deposit that does not.
