Standard deliveries & collections take place on weekdays, between 0900hrs-1700hrs.

Where does equipment get dropped off?

At a single point drop-off at your venue unless otherwise agreed in advance. The same is applicable at the point of collection. Anything other than this will incur an additional cost.

Am I able to collect my equipment in person?

Yes, you are able to collect items in person and not pay transport charges, though for bulkier items we’d certainly recommend you using our transport service, providing you with a seamless delivery and collection service.

Can I specify a time slot?

Yes, you can do this online during the checkout process. There will be an additional charge associated with this.
