Am I able to collect my equipment in person?

Yes, and it's free. You can collect your equipment from, and return it to, any of our four depots: London (Hanworth), Midlands (Walsall), North West (Manchester) and North (Bradford). Choose self-collection at checkout and pick the depot that suits you.

Before you come

• make sure your order is paid in full, as we don't take payment at the depot
• bring photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport
• bring your hire contract, on your phone or printed, if you can
• check your vehicle is big enough for everything you've ordered

At the depot

Head to reception and our team will show you where to go. There is free parking on site. You'll sign for the equipment, and from then on it's your responsibility until you bring it back. Our team will help you load up where they can.

Returning your equipment

Bring everything back to the depot you collected from, packed the way it arrived.
