Do you offer a supply and set-up service?

Yes, we offer a supply and set-up service for both large indoor and outdoor events. This is ideal for large event organisers who need hundreds or thousands of items set up precisely - for example, banqueting chairs and tables arranged for a corporate hospitality event, or rows of seating for an outdoor ceremony.

The service is fully supported with risk assessments and method statements. For major events, we can conduct site visits in advance to discuss and confirm arrangements.

Availability

This service is not available at all times. It depends on the time of year and our available resources, so we cannot guarantee availability. Please discuss your requirements with us at least two weeks before your contract start date so we can confirm whether the service is available for your event.

Cost

Pricing depends on your specific requirements, including what needs setting up, the venue, timings, and access arrangements. We will provide a quote once we understand your needs.

What we need from you

A technical drawing, plan, or schematic of your venue is very helpful. Information such as unloading spaces and where equipment needs to be positioned helps us provide the best service and the most accurate quote.

Collection after the event

We can also help collect equipment from around your venue after use. Let us know your requirements so we can check resources and provide a price.
